Q: What is Voyage.tv?
A: An online community for people who are passionate about travel, especially experiential and luxury travel. Voyage.tv believes that travel should not be just about where you go and where you stay. It should be about what you do, who you meet, and what you learn.
Q: What is experiential travel?
A: Experiential travel allows you to experience a destination in an authentic way by immersing you in the local culture, cuisine, and customs. It’s more than a vacation. It’s a learning experience!
Q: What services does Voyage.tv provide?
A: Voyage.tv offers members an opportunity to share their travel experiences, as well as to research travel opportunities. Voyage.tv’s goal is to decrease the amount of time spent on researching and purchasing travel by providing members with an extensive video resource on travel experiences and accommodation options, as well as a state of the art booking engine with which to purchase travel.
Q: Do I need to be a member to participate?
A: No. You can book your vacation and view the video library without a member account. However, in order to access information posted by the Voyage.tv’s community, registration is required.
Q: Am I booking my vacation directly with Voyage.tv?
A: No. Voyage has partnered with a third-party company (Trisept Solutions) that specializes in providing secure online vacation package purchases.
Q: Can I call someone if I need additional information or wish to book over the phone?
A: Yes. Voyage.tv has US based travel advisors that will be glad to answer any of your questions and help you book your vacation over the phone. You can contact them at 1-800-335-3005. You can also use click Contact Us from the bottom of the Voyage site and fill out the online contact form.
Q: What is the “Live Tech Support” service?
A: You can contact our technical support team about any questions regarding Voyage.tv's community or research tools.For questions regarding travel offers, destination information, or if you want to book a vacation, please contact one of our travel advisors at 1-800-335-3005.
Q: What makes your travel videos better than others I’ve seen?
A: Voyage.tv creates unbiased videos with their experienced in-house production team. This allows them to create a common presentation standard that helps make it easy for you to compare hotels and resorts.
Q: In the “About Us” section you mention The Mark Travel Corporation. Who are they?
A: Voyage.tv has partnered with The Mark Travel Corporation (TMTC) to bring you extremely competitive rates for flights and hotels. TMTC is a global corporation with over 30 years of experience in the travel industry. They are dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience from the moment you start dreaming about your vacation until the time you return home.
Q: Will my email address be used for marketing purposes?
A: Not without your permission. You can visit our Privacy Policy for details about our privacy and data retention policies. Your information will not be sold to any third-party affiliates.
Q: Where can I find your terms and conditions?
A: You can click Terms & Conditions on the bottom of any screen to review Voyage.tv’s terms and conditions.
Q: Will I earn Rewards points and/or frequent flyer miles on travel that I purchase from Voyage.tv?
A: Eligibility for earning frequent flyer miles is determined by the rules and restrictions of the selected airline’s frequent flyer program. Voyage.tv does not currently have a Rewards Program, but expects to introduce one in the future. Sign up to receive the Voyage.tv newsletter and be the first to be notified of any rewards or promotions.
Q: What does the package price include?
A: The price includes the combined hotel, flight, and any added feature prices. In addition, most applicable taxes and fees are included in the price. However, you may be responsible for additional taxes and fees that are not included in the package price. The following are examples of some of the additional taxes and fees you may be responsible for.
• Certain rental car taxes and fees due directly to the rental car company when you pick up your car
• Baggage fees payable to the airline when you check in
• Destination specific fees due to airport authorities before return to the U.S.
Q: Is it safe for me to purchase my vacation on your site? How do I know?
A: Yes, all payments process through a secure server. The VeriSign Secured icon that appears on the screen signifies a secure purchase.
Q: How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
A: After you click Complete Booking, a confirmation number appears at the top of the confirmation screen. It may take several minutes for the confirmation screen to appear. Please click Complete Booking only once, and do not stop or leave the site prior to receiving your confirmation number. If you click Complete Booking more than once, you may confirm more than one reservation and incur double charges on your credit card. After you confirm the reservation, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
Q: What documents will I receive after I confirm my reservation?
A: When you book a package, all travel documents you receive are electronic. After you confirm the reservation, you immediately receive an e-travel confirmation. This e-travel confirmation verifies the travel components you selected when you booked the reservation. Within three days, Voyage.tv emails you an e-travel document. The e-travel document can include confirmation numbers, destination information, dining options, contact information, and policies. If the scheduled departure date is within two days of booking (including reservations with next-day departure), Voyage.tv automatically emails the e-travel document on the evening of the same day you book the reservation.
Q: I did not receive a confirmation e-mail; what should I do?
A: If it has been more than 24 hours since you purchased your vacation, please check your junk/spam e-mail folder. You can also contact one of our travel advisors at 1-800-335-3005 or customerservice@voyage.tv
Q: How do I make changes to or cancel my reservation?
